- 2 in-person consultations prior to your wedding day to go over all the details
- Weekly check-ins (can be done by email or phone)
- Site visit of your wedding location
- Preparation of wedding day itinerary
- Detailed timeline/checklist to keep you on track
- Coordination of the rehearsal
- Contact vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Point of contact for vendors at ceremony and reception
- Monitor, oversee and cue all vendors according to timeline
- Endorse all payments to vendors after completing contracted service
