- 1 in-person meeting the week of your wedding (can be done in person, email, or phone)
- Research and recommend vendors (develop vendor tracking document)
- Coordinate appointments and accompany client on appointments as necessary
- Review vendor contracts
- Keep track of vendor payments and due dates
- Transportation and accommodation booking
- Create a detailed timeline with due dates and action items
- Develop ceremony and reception logistics and floor plans
- Prepare wedding day itinerary
- Coordinate the rehearsal (week of the wedding)
- Contact vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day and send timeline
- Point of contact for vendors at ceremony and reception
- Monitor, oversee and cue all vendors according to timeline
- Endorse all payments to vendors after completing contracted service
